Shipping Policy
We ship all orders via UPS. Please allow 2-3 days for process
and an additional 3-5 days for shipping. Orders placed on
Saturday, Sunday or holiday’s will be processed next
business day.
We only ship to the continental United States.
Return Policy
Please
contact us for return authorization before shipping products
back to us.
On personalized and/or customized items, all sales are final
(no returns accepted or credits given). This is common policy,
both reasonable and understandable.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore,
within 14 days of purchase, an item may be returned in its
new condition, no questions asked (with the exception of
custom/personalized items, see above). New condition is
defined as an item remaining in its original packaging with
seal unbroken. Only merchandise returned in this condition
will qualify for a full store credit.
A store credit will be issued to the original purchaser
for the amount of purchase only (not including shipping
costs). We do not charge restocking fees.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Angel
Babies cannot be held responsible for damage or loss to
packages returned to us that were not insured by the customer.
Please insure your package before mailing.
Please include a copy of your receipt/invoice with your
returned merchandise.
After 14 days, there are no returns accepted.
